My name is Zaipul Anwar. I am the webmaster and coordinator of Zaipul.Com. This is my personal and professional blog site where I share thoughts and experiences involving the industry and my personal life. In the past I had always wanted to publish and share my experiences, knowledge and information about the things that I’ve learnt throughout 20 years of my career life. I’ve even urged many of my close friends to collaborate to set-up a publication company to publish magazine for the industry when I was working in the manufacturing industry.
With the advancement of the internet I guess this thing is very much possible now even without owning such a company. Owning this site actually gives me a good opportunity to use it as a platform for my academic work also. If you notice, I’ve added a new link to my eLearning portal to this site. I’m using Moodle Virtual Learning Environment System for this portal and was installed by myself sometimes ago. This is my own initiatives to bring my classroom into the cyberspace.
The objective of this site is very simple: To Disseminate Knowledge, even if there is only one sentence to write. As a start I share and allows everyone who visited this site to download these materials (in the Download Section) plus I tried to post as many valuable information as possible in the blog.
You’ll find that the contents and categories of this blog is a little bit different from the other blog. This is because this blog is a hybrid of reporting news and activities with regards to my professional as well as my personal life. Most of the materials posted are related to the subjects/modules that I teach at the current university that I work as well as with other university. Initially I would want to focus the content of this blog to the manufacturing industry only since this is where I spent most of my professional life, but considering my other interest (especially in IT) I just couldn’t resist myself from publishing other topics that interest me and my life. You’ll find that this blog will always be under construction as I’ve not finalized the concept and categories for this site, so you’ll find many changes in the future, your feedback is very much welcome.
